How to Wear Green This Fall

W

hen you think of fall, you often think shades of brown, red, gold….the colors of the ever-changing leaves.  Green may not be the first color that comes to mind, but it’s on the fall radar and going to be a big trend this season.

Mint green isn’t just a spring/summer trend any longer.  Keep that mint green blazer, pair of pants/jeans, and cute clutch to rock with sweaters, tights, and boots.  The pop of light color is just what dark fall colors need to feel fresh.

Love everything about this outfit.

If green isn’t your color up close, a jewel tone clutch or handbag can add color without turning your skin tone to pea soup.

Don’t write-off those bright green skinnies you bought earlier this year.  You can pair them with denim, cozy sweaters, or lovely neutrals for a lightweight fall look.  They look especially cute with high-heeled boots!

A Kelly green dress with suede or leather booties is classic and chic.  Carry a neutral leather handbag with top handles for an even classier touch.

Don’t be afraid to pair green with a dark teal for fall.  Don’t these gloves look darling?

Capes are a Mad Men-style favorite, so why not get your warmth on with one of these beauties?  If you have a Chanel bag like this one to go with it, even better.

Green can be a year-round favorite, so add it to your fall rotation.  You’ll have fashionistas green with envy.
