Workout At Home – No Equipment Needed!


ince graduating college and tragically losing my parent’s generous monthly allowance, I’ve had to make a few cutbacks. This included an unlimited membership to Uptown Yoga, which had effectively whipped my booty into shape. But well-shaped booties do not come cheap, so I parted ways with the adorable studio until I can once again justify their slightly overpriced monthly membership.

I’m no gym rat. The only equipment I can effectively use is a treadmill, and “effectively use” is a generous term. So I’ve taken to working out in the privacy of my own apartment. This was initially no good, seeing as I considered changing into my lululemons as part of my workout, but once again, Pinterest saved the day. I’ve collected several totally doable workouts that you can do completely on your own with no equipment. Here are a few that I’ve successfully completed without passing out:
