After recruiting David Ganc, the COO of Needle’s Haystack, the two decided to create the only marketplace devoted to talented jewelry designers and one-of-a-kind jewelry. Their motto is, “We don’t succeed until the designer succeeds,” which is a testament to how much they love and respect the craft and labor of love that goes into a beautiful piece.
