Tuesday Trailer Tease: Sofia Coppola’s “The Bling Ring” with Emma Watson

emember that crazy story in Vanity Fair a couple of years ago about “The Bling Ring,” the teenage girls who stole more than $3 million in clothing and jewelry from celebs like Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Audrina Patridge, and Rachel Bilson? Or maybe you just remember the boring E! reality show starring the Bling Ringleader, Alexis Neiers

Either way, Sofia Coppola made a film loosely based on the events and it looks awesome. Think modernized Marie Antoinette, with Emma Watson, Starbucks lattés, sparklers in your Grey Goose, and (judging from the Sleigh Bells song in the teaser) a sure to be brilliant Coppola-esque score with lots of moody pauses in between.

I’m just excited to see Emma with some hair again.
