heck out these first pictures from Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied‘s wedding that took place last Saturday in Big Sur, California.
Natalie Portman wore a Rodarte wedding gown.
According to Twirlit.com, the blushing bride wore a bridal gown by Rodarte, a label run by two of Portman’s friends. The site describes the gown as an “A-line gown, 50s-style tea length, with a 2-tiered bottom and sheer sleeves that covered Natalie’s chest and arms. The neckline is more straight than sweetheart….[and] the gown appears to dip into a V in the back. “
Portman wore a floral headpiece and veil.
True to her free spirit roots, Portman wore a floral headpiece and veil, along with what appears to be very comfortable bridal flats. The wedding itself was a huge surprise to Hollywood, since virtually no details were leaked beforehand. Allegedly, guests were asked to surrender their cellphones and cameras before entering the Jewish ceremony. (Though it appears someone was sneaky enough to snap the pics above.)
Officially Mrs. Benjamin Millepied, the love birds can now continue on with their romance as husband and wife that began during the filming of The Black Swan. They have a one year old son, Aleph.
