s Jessica Simpson prepares to bare her weight loss thus far to the world on Katie Couric’s new talk show, her baby girl is stealing a bit of Mommy’s thunder. Baby Maxwell Drew was snapped in dad Eric Johnson’s arms on the plane ride to NYC yesterday as the sweet family headed into the Big Apple for Couric’s show. The taping is scheduled for today. Wearing a loose fitting black ensemble, it’s tough to tell just how much weight Jessica has lost, but as a new spokesperson for Weight Watchers, she has her work cut out for her.
Oddly enough, it was Maxwell’s adorable printed shoes, stylish scarf, and lightweight woven sweater that really had people talking. Looking chic and bright-eyed, this little miss was not only prepared for the cool weather in NYC, but looked cool as a cucumber herself.
