Beyonce’s HBO Documentary: Anticipation
love HBO documentaries. In my recent effort to culture myself, I aimed to watch at least one HBO documentary a week. Clearly I’m still too lazy for books.
So when a trailer for Beyonce’s documentary popped up on my HBO GO while watching the season premiere of Girls, I totally freaked. The world’s most mysterious superstar allowing for an up-close-and-personal look at her sure to be fascinating life, how could it not be amazing?
According to GQ, Beyonce employed a cameraman who has practically been filming her every waking moment since 2005, so we can hope to expect some inside perspective on her marriage to Jay Z, Blue Ivy, and maybe even her reaction to Kanye West’s “Imma let you finish” stunt at the MTV Video Music Awards. Fingers crossed!
Beyonce’s Life is But a Dream premieres on HBO on February 16.
